1.Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, notify us by email within that period, quoting your order number. The conditions, steps and refund timeframe are set out in the sections below.


2.Conditions for Returns

Unused and in original, unopened packaging with all contents intact.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.


3.How to Initiate a Return
Email irina.nareiko@dantec-trading.com within 14 days with your order number. We will respond within 2 business days.


4.Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect item: we cover return shipping.
Change of mind: the customer covers return shipping.


5.Refunds

Processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Refunded to the original payment method.


6.Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or partially completed items.
Items damaged due to misuse.


7.Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
