3.Prices & Payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay.
Payment is processed securely at checkout.
4.Orders
Orders are confirmed by email after payment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability.
You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
5.Delivery
We deliver within Cyprus. In Limassol we deliver to your home address; elsewhere in Cyprus, orders are sent to an ACS pickup point for collection.
International delivery (including the rest of Europe) is available on request — please contact us for a quote before ordering.
Free shipping applies to orders of 3 or more items, anywhere in Cyprus.
For 1–2 items: Limassol €3.00 (home delivery) / rest of Cyprus €4.00 (ACS pickup point).
Delivery times (Cyprus): 1–2 business days.
6.Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without reason.
7.Returns & Refunds
Items must be returned unused and in original, unopened packaging.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
